This is a quick n' easy one-stop-hits-all resource for plurality.
In this guide I'm going to do my best to stay away from linking just indexes, but they will be included here, as well!! I'll do my best to parse through them and organize any links they include into the rest of this index, but it's not an immediate priority.
Feel free to reach out! This will probably always be a loose work in progress- If you have any questions, comments or resource suggestions, please email us at sailsystem.plural@gmail.com!
Disclaimer: This website is for all systems, so there's going be resources of all kinds here; if there's something you don't want to see, scroll past. That being said, we'll do our best to make sure that all of the resources in here are helpful and healthy. Keep in mind that some resources that may be targetted at some may be useful to others, as well. All-in-all, this is a library, so be kind, treat the resources with respect, and hopefully learn!
General content warning: Because of the topic at hand, many of the links included below may discuss heavy topics such as abuse, assault, and trauma.
Plurality is the phenomenon of multiple entities in one body. This can mean a lot of different things and, as many other things do, it exists on a spectrum. Also described as "multiplicity", "plurality", or "systemhood", the state of sharing a body with other personalities/entities/egos/consciousnesses is typically attributed to trauma in childhood or adolescence and associated with heavy dissociation. Many systems have shared their experiences of plurality not formed by trauma, and their experiences are also represented in the definition of plurality. To be plural, multiple, or a system is simply to be more than one.
